We had a mixed Thankgiving get-together...mixed as in Paraguayan and American friends. Jason and his fiancé, Katy Fretes, came as well as Pastor Pedro and his family.I did a very American-style meal with corn on the cob, asparagus, green bean casserole (with real French-Fried onion rings that I found in an American section at a Supermarket in town) and, of course, Turkey. Jason made some apple pies for dessert.
Yes...we ARE thankful! God has been good!

Wow! Even you guys had Thanksgiving! We missed it this year, but turkey is on sale again so we can have it any time. I'm sure it was HOT while you were preparing your meal!!
Thanks for posting the pictures. I know Ben was sad that he missed it. I'm glad you had a good time together. God bless! Lilly
Great pictures, wonderful menu, marvelous thanksgiving!
Glad you can enjoy Thanksgiving even in the summer's heat!
Sounded like you were right here in the US. Same kinds of foods a lot of people had here.
We can always give thanks anyhow, no matter where we are.
