His teacher is Noemí...he says No-me-í...which sounds kind of funny in Spanish.
I am always wondering if HE is going to cry or if I am. ;)

Our Big Day!
Today is our Big Day! Edson is going to Pre-school! We are so excited! He couldn't sleep last night talking about it. We have bags full of supplies that the teacher asked for! (I wonder if they are even going to use it all?) All this week he has been sleeping in since pre-school is in the afternoon...no naps for ever more!

I LOVE when kids are excited for school. The interaction, the instruction, the growth...it's so good! I hope you both had a very, very good day!
How did he do?! I know that I cried when Christopher left for his first day of Junior Kindergarten (equivelant of preschool). He, on the other hand, didn't seem to notice that I was not with him. Is this preschool at CPA? If so, then you'll see him often, won't you?
"No naps forever more !" - that sounds so ominous and final.
"Sleeping in"- sounds like a forecast for the future!
You will miss him at the oddest moments and look eagerly for his return.
At least that is what I feel for my baby boy- and he is turning 25 this year!
He's a big boy now! I hope he loves it!
