Argentina 8 - Fruit and Vegetable Stands

I LOVE the fruit and vegetable stands in Argentina! They have fruit from the floor to the ceiling, mixing colores and textures enough to make your mouth water...beautiful rows of color and freshness.
You pick what you want and the amount, and usually a young man will be there to take your baggie and weigh it inside.
I remember going to these stands while living in Argentina. It was just so much fun!

hey Kar...can you email me the photos you've posted (if the sizes aren't too large)? I can't print them out, and I'm trying to get some ideas for displaying at OUR market! Thanks...love you!

Paraguay doesn't have such markets?

You took pictures and you didn't get in trouble for it?! I guess that's just in a supermarket, right, Nancy? :)

Those look so perfect-nice. So colorful. It might even get a non-veggie eater to start eating them. Really nice pictures!
